"Smells delightful. Doesn't really give me peace of mind, but the minty scent distracts me from chaos for a few moments...so I guess it DOES work! :)
The only downfall is it the scent doesn't last very long...but that's not really a bad thing-it's just a few moments to capture-then back to work!"

"I love this product. When I'm having a very blue day. I put some of this in my fingers, close my eyes and breath deep. It really makes me feel like i'm somewhere else at peace. "Wow! I can breath. Menthol scent is not over powering like other products that leave you smelling like old people (no offense). I love the cool feeling when I put it on my temples, ears, back of neck & tip of my nose (which really helps me breath during my sinus times, better than nasty, dripping nasal sprays). My husband loves it when I put it on him. Helps him settle down & melt the days stress away."

"My husband and I are both migraine sufferers. The product seems to work well if a headache is starting, but not if we have full blown headaches. My husband's experience was that the headache went away but only temporarily. I would still recommend for minor headaches or if I feel tension starting."

"I've used this product on and off for years.
It's relaxing and smells good (kind of minty). The habit of taking a break and rubbing any type of lotion on is probably relaxing itself, but I like the scent of "Peace of Mind." I have this in the keychain version too, which is convenient. I wish they'd do more with this line and add additional products to "Peace of Mind."

This stuff is not a headache or migraine pill-- it's lotion meant to help you relax a bit. It's certainly not a magic cream, but it's a relaxing cream."

"I work as a hospital nurse, and dont have the option of taking a "breather" when I get a headache. I was first given this product as a gift and am now on my 4th bottle. Word has slowly leaked out about my "magic cream" and at least once a week a coworker will come to me looking for some. Will not cure a full on headache, but works awesome if you catch it early. I normally dont buy into the whole "holistic" scene..but this one DOES work."

"Okay, if this product helps sooth your MIGRAINE, then you've never actually had a true migraine. I heard this was a strong and powerful serum that helped sooth and relax. It turns out, it's fairly weak, and the minty tingle only lasts a few minutes, hardly enough time to be a miracle solution or even an aid in biofeedback or meditation. It's an okay product, but everyone who recommended it to me placed it too high on a pedestal. One would be better off buying the peppermint or spearmint essential oil from a holistic source. You'd pay less and get more too."

"I'm torn. I love the scent / aromatherapy, but I'm disappointed w/ the packaging.
The bottle is small enough to fit in an average purse to carry w/ you, but it is a pump design that seems likely to leak out. There is a "guard collar" on the pump to prevent it from being accidentally pushed down, but it's awkward to take on & off to use the product.
Also, one pump provides a little too much of the product than necessary. It suggests just a small dab on the temples & perhaps the back of your neck, but the amount dispersed by one pump is about twice that.
I think this is a nice product, but I'd much rather use it with a roller dispenser (like lip gloss) which would be much more practical."

"I really like Peace of Mind On the spot relief. I keep it in my working tools bag, and use it anytime I think of it. So refreshing and stimulating. All my co workers get a spot of this during stress times which are so many in a NICU. I even keep the little ring on the bottle that keeps the pump up and it still dispenses just a drop. That is all I need to rub on my wrists for a quick pick me up. No other brands can compare to this because it is complex in fragrance, it is herbal and minty, strong and effective Yea!!!"

My daughter experiences anxiety regularly and one day she was visiting me when an attack began. I used this product on her in the same manner it had been demonstrated on me. "I stopped into one of your stores and asked for something that might help with migraines. The employee recommended this, and a candle that smells like it. She let me use the tester, and within 5 minutes of using it, my headache was already a little better. I used to swear by Head On, but now I swear by this stuff. It smells great, and really does help to relax me so my migraines can go away faster!"

"I bought this product for myself and my brother to see if it could help us do what it claims. Neither one of us experienced any "calming" or "peacefulness" or help with stress or sleeping......Do not waste any money on this product unless you just want a minty smell for a few moments. It does not do what it says it will."
