"I haven't really decided how I feel about this product. I've used it several times but I don't think it really works too well. It's fairly cooling but not as much as I expected from the product description. I've been considering keeping in the fridge so it's cold when I use it.
Also, they tell you to put it on for 10 or 15 minutes and then take it off. Well, after that time the product gets really sticky and is almost impossible to take off. So, I usually just end up keeping it on all day. I don't know, there are definitely better eye masks out there."

"My main concern when I first came to an Origins worker was that no matter how much sleep I would get, my eyes would still look puffy & people would ask me if I even slept. After working 40 hours a week, this product didn't do much. I switched to Eye Doctor & it opened up my eyes! I would suggest you invest in Eye Doctor instead."

"I used to apply this cooling mask every morning for a few minuates then wash it off. Next, put few eye drop to moisture my eye then follow with serum and favourite eye cream.

"It's a great product when you don't get a lot of sleep the night before and you have really puffy eyes, it really helps de-puffs and it feels very soothing and cool and them. However, I wished it helped more with dark circles! It does a little bit, but not enough."

"Does exactly what the product says "no puffery".
I have tried a TON of eye products and found this to work the absolute best to reduce eye puffiness. It does and AWESOME job at reducing my "morning eyes". I am super impressed and have been using this for several years now. The products says you can wipe it off or keep it on as a "mask". I always just leave it on and find this to work great.
Don't fool yourself, it's not going to get rid of permanent bags under your eyes due to age and / or unfortunate genetics. It's not meant to be used as a moisturizer, either (the directions state to use it w/ your favorite eye cream)."

"i really want to like this product, but it does nothing for me. i'm only 21 and i've notice my eyes starting to get bags, maybe cuz im on the computer for so long or i'm getting stressed out. i've found this product does nothing to deflate my "fattening" lower eyes."

"This is one of the best products I have purchased from Origins, and I have purchased a lot! I am middle aged and started getting puffy eyes so I tried this when it came as a free sample and it worked! I use it every morning to tighten up the areas around my eyes. I use a tiny drop and smooth it around my eyes, let it dry for a minute, then put my makeup on right on top of it. Love it!"

"It burned the skin around my eyes; it was not just the "tingly" sensation that people mention, it burned. If you have sensitive skin, I would rethink this one. Origins sent me a prepaid postage return label. Love the customer service!"

"I NEVER reorder beauty products. I am always off to try something new - and hopefully better. But I have reordererd this 4 times. Weird for me. But the darn stuff works. I have alergies and the bags under my eyes get really bad certain times of the year. I keep trying other products too, but so far nothing has bumped this out of first for puffy eyes."

"I have used this product for years and have recommended it to several others. Have one at home, one in my purse. Love the cooling sensation on tired puffy eyes. Great smell. Reduces swelling right away. After a tough day or tears this is a treat. I use almost everyday under my regular eye cream. Let dry before apllying make up."

"I wake up beyond puffy in the morning. This product really helps to decrease the morning swelling under my eyes. I don't know that it reduces the look of dark circles, but I love it. I have sensitive skin, and I really don't have an issue with this product either. In a pinch, this also helps a bit with reducing the size of a swollen blemish. It is cooling and refreshing."
