"So glad to have taken the leap and tried this product! While combating oil with oil makes sense in chemistry class, I had to admit I wasn't sure how it would translate to my often congested pores.
It really does it all--from nourishing my dry patches, to banishing the slick spots! Makeup is dissolved in one easy step. On top of its effectiveness, it's quite a luxurious experience in itself. The wide-mouth bottle was a bit difficult to handle at first, in terms of portion-control, but it is easy to get used to--very retro and unique.
This is a great gift for all ages and skin types--especially for those who wouldn't usually buy it for themselves. Thanks, Origins!"

"Despite being an oil, there is nothing about this product to clog pores or cause breakouts. We are a two-woman household with very different skin, and we both adore this product. "I used to use a cleansing oil from another company before I started using Origins Products and I was hoping this product would deliver the same results as I had with that one. It did that and beyond. I love the smell and feel of this oil. every time I use it, I feel like I have been transported to a spa. It's instantly calming. It takes my makeup right off, and it leaves my skin feeling clean and soft. It is even gentle enough to take off my eye makeup without stinging. I am so happy with this product and I am glad to have found a cleansing oil that exceeded my expectations."

"I have combo skin and I loved the way it felt after I washed my face with it. It was so amazing that it melted away all the dirt yet my skin still felt so soft even before I put on my regular moisturizer. It didn't have the dry out feeling like using the regular foamy type of cleanser. I think this is the only cleanser that I have ever used with the effect on my skin feeling really soft before applying moisturizer.That's truly amazing. I tend to break out easily with foamy type of cleanser when I first try to it. Thanks Goodness! It didn't happen to me with this cleansing oil. I love the scent too, it is light and refreshing. The only thing is that you have to be careful with the wide jar opening, it might be easier to use if this is in a squeeze tube."

"This product is pretty neat, but very different as most of us are not used to using an oil to wash our face. I think it's a nice change. BUT - be careful, it come POURING out of bottle and then you are all oily and can't close it back up! Great product but Origins needs to find better dispensing method,,,,"

"I have the perfect storm of skin. My skin easily falls out of balance--it is oily but is also sensitive and acne prone. It is often oily because it is being stripped--when that happens, it becomes too dry. This is the first cleanser that completely cleans my skin, removing all traces of makeup, and leaves my skin soft, hydrated and NOT oily! Just adding this one product has dramatically changed my skin. It is also the dead of winter here in Vermont and my skin isn't pink, dry or irritated at all. I recommend this for all skin types because it is the miracle cleanser. I also recommend buying the pump separately when you purchase a bottle because it is easier to use."

"For some reason, this cleanser is extremely relaxing. You put a small bit on your skin and massage it in. It feels warm and smooth, and you can visibly see your makeup and oil dissolve. You add a bit of water and it becomes milky and washes off without any traces of cleanser or makeup left. Your skin feels smooth afterwards, without feeling taunt or dry, compared to other cleansers. I have oily, acne prone skin, and since using this product I have had a huge decrease in breakouts and clogged pores. Highly recommended."

"I am glad I got this product!! I use it almost every night, gentle enough for removing eye make-up. The suble citrus smell is awesome and the best part is that it leaves no oily residue. The only reason I didn't give it a 5 star rating is because of the bottle, I end up wasting a lot of the product. I would like to see either a pump bottle or a spout."

"I have very dry sensitive skin, especially in the winter time, so I wanted a cleanser that didn't leave my skin feeling tight and uncomfortable. While this cleanser does do the job moisturizing, it's not quite as thorough as it claims to be on make-up removing."

"I was hesitant to try an oil based cleanser due to my combination / oily skin. However, I was impressed with the reviews. I use this at bedtime and although its hard to dispense the amount easily without using to much product. It always leaves my skin feeling clean, refreshed but never tight and dry.
I will buy this product again. Love the scent and its very gentle. A different dispenser could make the product last longer, however."

"I decided to switch from a similar product that I could only get via catalog or internet. Although I really enjoyed it I wanted something that I could buy in person. I was hesitant to switch but am glad I did. This product has a subtle, clean smell and works well with my changing skin; ranging between combination and sensitive. It cleans well and doesn't leave any residue. My only dislike so far is that it doesn't come with a pump or some sort of dispenser. I put it into a travel bottle with a better lid, otherwise it is a challenge to pour a reasonable amount without using too much."

"At first I was a little skeptical about putting oil on my face! The Origins counter lady introduced it since my skin had dry patches near the cheeks. I loved how this felt on my skin!! I use it every night and it takes my makeup, and my mascara off!! It smells great too! I suggest buying the pump (don't know why that would be a separate cost since it should come with it) and it will last longer.
I have not broken out once with this product, nor do I experience any dry or rough patches like I do with cleansers.
I will continue to buy this product! I have used the Dr. Weil cleanser and that is great too but a little pricey for me to keep buying it."

"I noticed after cleansing my face that it doesn't feel oily at all....feels great!! But when I use a tonic afterwards, there is still make-up left on the cotton ball, but not much. This would be a great weekend cleanser or morning cleanser when you are having a make-up free day. I still like it though. I will continue to use it along with "A Perfect World" cleanser, switching every few days."

"I took a chance on this cleanser and I am so happy I did!! I am an Esthetician and have tried many many products, but I often fall back to Origins because their products have never let me down. I usually have combo/sensitive skin, but in the winter I am very dry, as well as sensitive. This cleanser does not leave a residue, works great and the smell is amazing.
The only reason I did not give it 5 stars was because it should come with a pump. It is very hard to control the amount that is dispensed. I called customer service and the only way to purchase a pump is from a stand alone Origins store. Since I do not have one anywhere near me I was very disapointed."
