Yes. It's orange.
Date: May 6, 2013
"I love Origins products...but not this one. I have fair skin with pink undertones. I ordered the lightest one available. It really is dark...and orangey. I wish it were lighter...or that it was pinkish instead of orange. I've been trying to use it...just a dot...mixing it with another moisturizer. Still, I'm not crazy about it. I either dilute it too much and get no coverage at all...or I don't dilute enough and it look like I have a bad self-tanner on. I was really hopeful for this one, but really it's not a BB if you have to mix it with other products."

This is NO SUBSTITUE FOR NUDE AND IMPROVED!
Date: May 5, 2013
"I was so upset when they discontinued Nude and Improved, but the woman at Origins recommended this instead. The color is horribly orange for anyone with fair skin. The perfect color for my skin was Almost Angel (Nude and Improved). If you wore that, there is NO WAY this will work for you. It's the completely wrong tone, and ends up looking like bad orangey old school drugstore make-up.
It's such a bummer the discounted an amazing product. Hopefully the will bring it back!"

BB Cream
Date: May 1, 2013
"I have fair skin and was quite disappointed with this product. I have tried two drug store brand BB creams before I bought this one and they were great except for the fact that they caused me to breakout within 2 days of using them. The great thing about Orgins BB cream is it hasn't caused me to breakout... at least not yet (I've only worn it for 2 days). I plan on returning this product because the lightest shade is still too dark for my skin. You have to be sure to blend well or it will leave those brownish lines around your chin that one would get from not blending your foundation correctly. Origins BB cream leaves a powdery looking finish which I don't like because I don't want to look like I'm wearing makeup. And I will state again, the lightest shade is still too dark for my pale Irish skin, I could tell it was going to be even before I applied it. Lastly, it didn't really provide much coverage for me in comparison to the drug store creams I've tried, probably because it was too dark."

Bring back Nude and Improved
Date: April 11, 2013
"I have been a long time fan of Origins products. I used Nude and Improved for several years and LOVED it. When Nude and Improved was discontinued, I was encouraged to try the BB cream as a comparative replacement - it is NO comparison. The BB cream is greasy and gives your complexion an orange hue, making it painfully obvious that you're wearing makeup. I am very disappointed in this product and encourage Origins to bring back the Nude and Improved line."

"I just wanted to say thank you to Origins I kept hearing about the BB creams and looked everywhere and the dark was not dark enough. I have always loved Origins and was so happy to see the Origins BB cream actually had my color. Thank you so much Origins!"

"I just bought APerfect World BBCream. I have also recently tried the new Gin-zing mascara and the new Gin-zing cream shadows. Love them all. My morning make-up routine has changed for the better. Start with clean face - Checks and Balance Plantscription eye treatment Moisturize- Starting Over Starting over eye cream ( it's winter) A Perfect World BB cream- tinted moisturizer Just Browsing for my eye brows Gin-zing eye shadow-fabulous product Origins Eyeliner Gin-Zing Mascara-great mascara Cream blush ( the only item not Origins) Origins lip liner & lip gloss All this takes 6 minutes Quick and easy. All the Origins products work well together. Love what Origins does for my skin - they are developing great products not only for 20-something's but for mature women also. I am thrilled! Too Orange
Date: January 17, 2013
"I love the Vitazing moisturizer but it was a little too pigmented for my skin. I thought being able to choose the color would help. I chose the lightest shade and it was worse than the Vitazing! The cream itself was OK but the shading is just awful on this. I had to give it away."

Review 8 for A Perfect World™ SPF 15 BB Age-defense tinted moisturizer with White Tea
"This tinted moisturizer didn't do anything for me. I have dry but acne-prone skin. This product never seemed to "set" like a BB product should. I felt oily and shiny all day and like the product was sliding off my face. I am a huge fan of Origins products, but this one needs more work and tweaking."

"I chose "Medium" color to match with my lightly tanned facial color, but it makes my face look like sunburned. The color on my face gets lighter later but it still has more red clay color than medium. I like the hydrated texture on my face though. I probably will have to wait until mid summer to use for tanned looking face."

"OK... so, I was totally excited when this first came out on the market this past summer. I've delayed in writing a review because I honestly kept hoping that I would like it better once the cooler weather came... not sure what I was thinking there. This tinted moisturizer is so disappointing. I don't like to wear makeup and I thought this might be the perfect thing for me to help even out my skin tone, etc. It looks good fo about the first hour it is on... then, I could feel it just sliding around on my face - and I don't really have oily skin! I felt like my skin was suffocating, not to mention that the color was horrible. I bought the lightest shade and it was kinda orange-y. Just gross all around. And, by the way.... I own TONS of origins products... all of my skin care, body care, and makeup are origins. I usually love everything. But, this was awful."

Just what I was looking for!

"This product is great! I don't wear much makeup, and when I do, I really try to go for as natural a look as possible. I usually just wear a little of the Brighter by Nature powder, but lately have needed something that offers a little more coverage. I went to my local origins counter and told the sales associate my needs, and she suggested this foundation. I was a little skeptical at first, because my experience with tinted moisturizer has been pretty bad. I always ended up looking very orange. I was pleasantly surprised by A Perfect World! The color was not orange at all, and blended very naturally on my face. It has the perfect amount of moisture in it, so my skin feels great though out the day. It has enough coverage to cover up dark circles, redness, and pimples, but its still light enough that my freckles are still very visible. I would recommend this to everyone who needs light to medium coverage, and is looking for something different than the usual heavy foundations."

Not equivalent to Nude & Improved
Date: November 4, 2012
"If you're trying this as a replacement product for Nude & Improved as Origins recommends, you will be disappointed. This product is nothing like Nude & Improved. The color I was recommended has orange undertones and it does not even out face tones as the other product did. I don't feel comfortable with this "equivalent" product. Bring back Nude & Improved!"

"I have dark skin; searching for foundation has been a lifelong love/hate relationship. When I learned of BB products, I felt they were too good to be true. All the BB products I saw in stores and online were too light. I read about Origins in Essence Magazine; they highly recommended it--so I decided to give it a try. From the moment I applied it to my cleansed skin I was impressed; the coverage was exactly what I wanted--light coverage, smooth application, creamy texture...in short, PERFECT. Using this product has made me a believer in liquid foundation; this (along with a setting powder) completes my look--and I don't need to use blotting paper during the day to soak up oil (I have extremely oily skin). Finding the perfect match for foundation is impossible--but this product (applied according to preference) is a worthy investment; I highly recommend it."

Finally a makeup that's just right for me.

"I'm a person that does not wear a lot of makeup. In fact, most days I just go out the door with A Perfect World SPF 25 and nothing else, but we all have occasions where it just isn't appropriate to not wear makeup or days when we want to look our best. I'm a person who does not like to look or feel like she has makeup on. I'm very low maintenance, and I like a simple morning routine. I just wanted to cover my flaws and have an even, polished appearance without making my face look too dull or too bright. In the recent past I've used mineral makeup with success, but I was getting tired of the sparkle and glitter that was inherent to it, switching to matte versions only made my skin itchy and irritated. Finally a light bulb turned on in my head and told me to go visit Origins and see what they had to offer. I did not know I was in for a mini facial spa-like treatment, what a nice surprise. The Origins specialist was a delight. I instantly fell in love with this "foundation" and purchased it immediately which I never do with face makeup. It's late night and it still feels like I have nothing on and it still looks wonderfully invisible, hiding all my flaws. It has maintained it's coverage through a hot sweaty afternoon and my face does not feel like it's melting, nor does my skin feel sticky like it can with some other tinted moisturizers I've tried. To my surprise the shade chosen for me was much lighter than I would have thought I could wear and although I was hesitant when I saw it on the associate's finger, it blended in beautifully and matches my skin perfectly. I don't know why I didn't think of Origins for makeup until today, but I'm glad I finally did!"

Review 15 for A Perfect World™ SPF 15 BB Age-defense tinted moisturizer with White Tea
"I really wanted to love this product because it would make my routine easier. I just didn't love the color. I use A Perfect World moisturizer, so I thought I'd like this. The color wasn't a good match for me. I have very fair skin and tried the lightest shade, but I think it was too orange for me. When the Plantscription foundation came out I found the shade that worked and got that instead and just use my Perfect World moisturizer. I think it is a good product, but it just wasn't for me."

"I was a long time fan of Nude and Improved and didn't like this at first. The coverage is a tad bit heavier but it's more moisturizing and with an SPF tinted cream, it makes sense to apply it evenly over your whole face (it doesn't blend sheer like Nude did). The finish is dry and smooth and it doesn't feel or look like I'm wearing foundation. Plus the tint adds a healthy glow. This is a great make up and I will definitely continue to buy it."

Review 17 for A Perfect World™ SPF 15 BB Age-defense tinted moisturizer with White Tea
"Origins, thank you for bringing BB to me! I love this product and can't get enough of it. It is the first tinted moisturizer I've used. But wait, it is also a beauty balm! This product allows me to quickly apply moisturizer and light coverage at the same time. It has also healed several little blemishes on my face. My mom and daughter are fans now!!"

"The Nude and Improved line was a quality product. I have been using the Nude and Improved for a long time. The Perfect World Tinted Cream is not an acceptable substitute. Color, Texture and application are terrible. Extremely difficult to blend into skin without product sitting on top of skin and pores. Needed to blend with sponge and use loose powder to achieve what Nude and Improved gave me without effort. Please consider bringing back the Nude and Improved."

Missing the Boat - Vitazing is your answer
Date: August 16, 2012
"Girls.... I have to comment after reading all the disappointed users. Although I have never used BB Age-defense tinted moisturizer, I believe your solution is Vitazing... it's amazing, provides tint, blends your skin tones and redness, feels fantastic, SPF 15.. Read the Vitazing customer reviews. I love trying samples of Origins products... Give this a try. Hopefully this is a welcome suggestion to some of you."
