The best acne/pimple treatment EVER

"I've been using this product for over 10 years and I hope Origins carries it forever! Honestly, I've tried pretty much everything out there - both mainstream and exotic - to deal with pimples and this is by far and away the best product. It's ideal to use the minute you start to notice a blemish developing, and usually stops the process dead in its tracks. I use a drop or two every day to ensure a clean complexion and have never had problems.
Spot Remover is an incredible product and is one that I never go without. I actually buy two or three at a time to ensure I always have some on hand."

"The product works like a charm. Put it on immediately upon feeling a pimple coming through. In a couple days the pimple was gone and there was no dark spot remaining."

"I have to say that I am extremely disappointed in this product. After using it for about 4 days my breakout got worse. I have always had very clear acne free skin, and I recently experienced an outbreak in my t-zone area. Once I received the spot remover I only applied the gel to the affected areas. After a couple of days I noticed the pimples had multiplied. I am devastated. I ceased using the spot remover and my skin is finally starting to clear up. I have not had a breakout this bad since Junior High School."

"This is a 'must have' for anyone who is prone to breakouts - in my case, hormonal ones.
I have one or two pop up during my time of the month and it leaves a mark on my skin, which takes a couple of weeks to fade away. I've tried a bunch of things but haven't been successful in finding the right product until now!
The spot remover gel works wonders! Just dab a jot of it onto the affected spot and go about your usual work. In a few hours you will notice the difference, I did! It took a day for my acne to all but disappear!! The spot might feel a little drawn/stretchy at the beginning, but bounces back clear and fine. I've noticed that some of the older scars also seem to be fading out.
I'm keeping this one for good!!"

"I bought this product for my helpless skin. I have a very oil skin and always have spot on my face. This product really helps me! It hurts when touch the skin, but I can see that it starts to heel."

"I was ready for the worst when I purchased this. After all, I've used many acne spot products that failed before, both brand and drug store ones. Even "Out of Trouble" is disappointing as a spot treatment (works as a mask). Every time I break out I get huge bumps that look red This really helps me reduce the size of overnight. It takes me about 2 days to heal if I use this twice a day. I get less acne discoloration too if I treat spots soon enough!"

"This works fairly well but, in my experience, no better than other spot treatments. The salicylic acid is primarily what does the trick, and cheaper brands have the same amount of that ingredient. So I'm not rating this lower for being necessarily ineffective, but because from my experience, it is no more effective than treatments that cost significantly less."

"I own the Spot Remover thats in the clear bottle. I like that its clear because my last acne treatment I used was a white cream that was obvious on the face. I like this product, though the only downside for me is my skin seems to peel wherever I applied the product. It does burn some, but its nothing Im not use to already from other skin products I use. TIP: do not use after exfoliating if you do not like/cannot handle the burning sensation..it feels amplified."

"Lots of zit treatments claim they'll make it go away, but don't. This one ACTUALLY WORKS!!! At the first sign of a pimple coming on, just dab a tiny bit over it and you'll see it go away in a couple days rather than get bigger. Awesome! :)"

"I have tried spot treatments from other brand before and they've all left me scarred, burned and red. However, this product actually helped my acnes heal and reduced the appearance of redness and scarring. This one is definitely a keeper!"

"I rarely write reviews but I'm incredibly impressed with this gel. I've been using it for only a week and a very bumpy spot on my chin that's been going on for months has almost completely cleared up. It seems like the scars from old acne are fading too. Very impressed!"

"I have bad breakouts sometimes right before my period comes and I got this to try for around my jaw and chin when I breakout. When you apply it, I immediately feel it tighten the skin and it seems to dry out the are well...I have only been using for 3 days along with the Out of Trouble® & Dr. Andrew Weil for Origins™ Mega-Mushroom Skin Relief Face Mask. I'm thinking the combination of these is helping dry out and clear up my acne some...so i will keep applying this acne treatment gel and cross my fingers it clears it up fast! So far I guess it's ok, but for the $ it should work better."

"I only just started using this product in conjunction with the Zero Oil cleanser and the Out of Trouble mask and they cleared up my moderate acne in a matter of days. I never thought that anything could do that! I think that the product that works most, though, is this spot treatment. It's gentle yet effective. I couldn't love it more!"

"i was surprised. i was shopping at origins, and i tried a sample of this, to take home. i used it for a few days and saw no difference. at the time, i had acne and i was trying to treat it with some other origins products, including modern friction. so i had purchased and had been using the zero oil face wash for about a month, and that seemed to work with my oil, but i was surprised because it was in the same category, so i thought it would help my acne. nothing. they told me to apply it with a cutip, which i did, and it left this weird, dried circle around the places i applied it to. i felt my skin tingle, but saw no results. but like Origins, when on product doesnt work, another on does, i just concluded this one was not for me."

Didn't get rid of my acne

"I used this everyday on the same acne spot, and it didn't clear it up. The acne spot went away after about 5 days, so I'm not even sure if it's the product that made it go away or if it went away by itself (because my acne usually clears up after 5 days anyways). I wish this gave me the quick results like it has for everyone else."
