"This treatment is by far the best hair mask I've ever used. I am a beauty writer and product reviewer, and receive hundreds of incredibly well-known and expensive products, and none compare to this. I'm just sorry it's taken me so long to discover it.

I have long, thick, wavy hair that usually requires some sort of nourishing post-shower, pre-styling treatment to keep it under control, as well as the occasional post-styling finishing cream/serum. With Rich Rewards™, I honestly go straight to blow drying my hair--no styling aids required! It leaves my hair shiny, bouncy and protected. If you don't have time for the 30-minute treatment, no problem--I usually leave it on for 3-5 minutes, with wonderful results.

"I bleach my hair and roots so my hair is always in need of moisture. I put this in my hair as a deep conditioner and leave it in for a good couple hours and it makes my hair look and feel smooth, adds shine, and smells great (like bananas)"

Makes my hair so shiny!

"I've been a longtime user of Origins skin products, but this was my first time using their hair products. I had been using another brand's damage remedy mask, which helped make my hair strong, but didn't give it any shine. This is a fantastic product. It leaves my hair very shiny and smooth, but doesn't weigh it down. The pear smell is nice and I find that the smell doesn't stick around. The first two times I used this product I put it on dry hair and let sit for 30 minutes. Now I am just using once a week during my shower, for 5 minutes. I highly recommend."

"I have very thick hair that is neither oily nor dry, and I color my hair regularly. Since I am not a beautician, this is the only hair type I can speak for. That said, this conditioner is amazing for my hair. I am constantly trying new products, because it is hard to find conditioners that can actually work through my thick hair. I end up using a quarter of a bottle and still not being able to work it through all of my hair, with most products. The Rich Rewards conditioning treatment works through my hair with just a small portion and leaves me hair feeling soft and shiny. Though the Rich Rewards is a conditioning treatment that is only intended to be used once per week, I use it every time I wash my hair, which is about 4 times per week. My assumption is that the instructions on the bottle are based on normal hair conditions. My hair generally takes more than the recommended portion of all hair care products.

As for the odor that other people are complaining about, I actually find the apricot smell very clean and refreshing, and it really doesn't seem incredibly potent to me. It is probably just a personal preference.

Does the job, but so little product!

"This works as advertised - deep conditions thick, normal to dry hair. After using it, there's a moderate, noticeable improvement from my normal conditioner. (My normal conditioner works really well for my hair already; you may see more impressive results).

The problem is that my hair is long and thick. I went through 1/3 of the tube in one use. If we were paying $20 for 12 oz, I'd sing its praises and it would become my normal conditioner. As it is, I can't justify buying it again because there's so little product."

"I have long,thick,slightly wavy hair and usually a rich conditioner works wonders,however this seemed to leave my hair with a waxy feeling and it had an odd almost synthetic/chemical scent to it. "I love Rich Rewards conditioner! I use it every day; it is heavy duty and I need that. I also love the new tube dispenser (as opposed to the old tub) but I wish it still came in a larger size! I don't mind paying more for a larger size, but the 8-oz size was much better than the 4.2-oz size for me; I go through it so fast. I hope you can make a larger tube for it so it lasts me longer!"

A True Scalp Moisturizer

"I have struggled with a dry, itchy scalp all of my adult life. I've asked my hairdressers, my friends, and even several doctors without getting a useful prescription for how best to deal with it. If you have this problem, you know how hard it is to even find a product for sale that is for the purpose of moisturizing your scalp. And what I have found do little, if any, good. But Rich Rewards has truly taken care of my problem. I discovered it about a year ago, and I would recommend it to anyone. I use it twice a week in the shower. It moisturizes my scalp and aids in combing out my hair. It doesn't leave a sticky residue or funny smell. It is great."

"This conditioner is absolutely amazing!!! I am a deployed soldier and have to deal with chemically treated water in the shower. My hair was very dry and miserable. "My hair is thick and not easy to manage. This product works great on my hair. I leave it in my hair and scalp for 3-5 minutes after shampooing, and then I rinse my hair. My hair turned out to be soft and silky!!!"

"This stuff is awesome! My thick hair feels like silk and smells great! I have a really dry and itchy scalp and I have not been able to find a product that relieves this. Rich Rewards does everything it says it does! I rub the product into my scalp along with my hair and let it sit for about 20 to 30 minutes. Then I wash it out. My scalp rarely itches any more!! I have no complaints. Everyone should try this product!!"

"I have used it twice and at this point, I'm not certain it is as effective as they say it is. My hair does not shine or feel soft like others state. In addition, I highlight my hair every other month and use only organic products on my hair; so it's not like I have overly processed dry hair with massive split ends, etc. I'll review this again after a few more times of use to see if it improves; but at this point in time I would never suggest it to friends nor purchase it again."

"I've only used it once but my hair feels significantly better. I was worrying because the longer my hair is getting the more brittle it becomes and my scalp is often dry. I had high expectations based on the reviews and I was surprised to have those expectations surpassed. I was worried that it wouldn't last long but you don't need much (even for long hair). The product is thicker than any other conditioner I've ever used and it feels great. I'm going on day two without having washed my hair and it's still bouncy and shiny. Additionally, though I'm not head over heals for the smell (it's sort of fruity), it is a subtle and very tolerable clean scent. I'm in love."

"One of my daughters has very long, very thick hair. We constantly battled over comb-outs until we started using this product. Even my hairdresser commented on how healthy and knot-free her hair is! I have fine, thin hair and I use it occasionally too, even though it isn't recommend for me. I find that it really helps moisturize my scalp in the winter. I do need to rinse really well."
