"So glad to have taken the leap and tried this product! While combating oil with oil makes sense in chemistry class, I had to admit I wasn't sure how it would translate to my often congested pores.
It really does it all--from nourishing my dry patches, to banishing the slick spots! Makeup is dissolved in one easy step. On top of its effectiveness, it's quite a luxurious experience in itself. The wide-mouth bottle was a bit difficult to handle at first, in terms of portion-control, but it is easy to get used to--very retro and unique.
This is a great gift for all ages and skin types--especially for those who wouldn't usually buy it for themselves. Thanks, Origins!"

"I have had acne all my life. It did get better with age but at 35 I still have breakouts. I do use Retin A and scrub my face twice a week to get the skin renewal going. The products I have used usually dried out my skin but then within an hour it would be an oil slick. This product gets all the makeup off, smells great, and i haven't had a single breakout since I started using it. I was worried that oil based product would cause me to break out but it was the opposite, I have cleared up, my skin is soft, and it has caused my skin to stop producing so much oil. I did buy the pump for the bottle since it's easier to use and it was only $1.50 so make sure to buy the pump but it's worth it. keep using this product, it takes a couple weeks to see a real difference."

"I use this not as a cleanser as it is intended to be used as the bottle says, but I use it as a makeup remover. It really takes off the makeup waterproof and all. All you have to do is let it sit on you eye makeup and then gentle wipe at the eye area, but only after you let it sit on the eyes for awhile. This stuff literally dissolves makeup on the face it is awsome since once i use my APW cleanser I don't worry that there is stuff that is left over on my face, and plus i use a toner and then i know FOR SURE my face is clean. I love this stuff."

"I read a blurb about oil cleansing and decided to find an affordable product without chemicals. Origins Clean Energy was the best bang for my buck! It takes every bit of make-up off while not stripping my skin. I will never return to traditional face washes or soap. Clean Energy is my only face cleansing product. "I've tried them all--all of the gimmicks for dry skin. My skin is unbearably dry, and it cannot tolerate the drying effects of soap or so-called moisturizing cleansing creams. Nothing had come close to being helpful until I tried Clean Energy. It goes on feeling like oil--silky and smooth, drenching skin as it cleans, but it rinses off like a light lotion, not leaving skin dry and parched like most cleansers. It removes waterproof eye makeup like a champ and doesn't leave that vision-blurring residue behind that cold cream and other makeup removers usually do; just one quick duck under the shower head, and all gone! I absolutely love this product. My only regret is that it is not on the list of items available for automatic replenishment."

"This certainly seemed strange the first time the clerk in the store suggested this and tried it on my hands, but the smell is so nice, and it feels great! I feel like I have a facial every morning! It is also a fantastic make-up remover. I sometimes think I need another cleanser, as I age, or there are environmental changes, or if I get bored, but everything always comes back to Origins!"

"This is my third time trying the whole face routine. I'm a baby soap and jojoba oil type of girl.
However I tried origins. I have been using for about a week and i LOVE it! My face usually reacts to different products. Not with this. I was not to excited about trying the cleansing oil even though I have dry skin I don't want to feel oily just not tight. This is perfect! I use it with a perfect world white tea serum, a perfect world white tea eye cream and the make a difference plus. It's perfect. I have dry skin around my nose and eyes after I wash my face my nose and eyes feel tight. Not with this regimin. I am happy i spent the money on it. I tried the white tea cleanser and instead of the clean energy just to see and my skin feel a little tight. I would definitely recommend this! My skin is sensitive (reactive easily irritated) not acne prone basicly combination dry. My cheeks and forehead are normal and my eyes and t zone dry.

"I have used this cleanse for about 3 years and I love it. It is gentle on the skin and easy to rinse off- I don't have to use a wash cloth that pulls on the skin. I just splash my face with tepid water a few times and it's off."

"After using this cleanser for only a few weeks, I'm still not sure how I feel about it. It takes off all of my foundation, but leaves just enough eye makeup on that I need to use a makeup remover on my eyes (something I didn't need to do with my old face wash). It also took some getting used to because it doesn't lather and feels like it isn't doing much until I rinse and my face feels very soft. I do like the product because (besides my eyes) my skin is very clean and feels great after rinsing. Some cleansers irritate my skin and make me immediately break out, but this does not do that at all. When I started using this, I also started using an exfoliator, toner and face cream (all Origins), which, combined, have changed my face and life. So, I'll stick with using this, but I'm not sure if it's amazing or just one of the other amazing products I switched to!"

"I have been using this cleanser for about 6 months now and I love it. I have combination skin, that is acne prone and very dry. While I haven't noticed much of a difference in the occurrence or severity of my breakouts, I have noticed that my skin does not feel nearly as dry. Be sure to apply it on dry skin first (which I didn't do the first few times I used it) and take your time rubbing it in before rinsing it off. Also I still have about 1/3 of the bottle left and I use it twice daily."

"At age 42, after years of battling adult/hormonal acne, I decided to try something completely different and the results have been truly amazing. I have combination/sensitive skin with an oily T-zone and dehydrated cheeks. I used to blot my face several times a day and now, I don't blot at all. Since using this product, my skin is soft, smooth, and clear; I rarely break out and I receive compliments often. It seems like it would be counterproductive to "clean" your face with oil, but it is actually luxurious; I even use it with my Clarisonic at night on those days I've worn makeup."

"I was skeptical about using oil on my face given my tendency to hormonal breakouts. The first time I tried this product, I was SHOCKED! I could almost hear my skin yelling "thank you! Finally!!!" I went from a few large clusters of pimples along my jawline/chin/cheeks to literally NONE in less than a week...my skin has never felt so nourished and healthy! I use this product along with Make a Difference treatment lotion and Have a Nice Day cream....I will never use another brand after using Origins, I am hooked!"
