"I have Keratosis Pilaris on legs and upper arms. I have tried two different prescriptions, other over the counter products, and spa treatments to reduce the bumps on my skin. Nothing has worked for me like the combination of Modern Friction for exfoliation and this great moisturizer. My skin no longer bumpy. The hair follicles are still noticeable, but no longer bright red and my skin is so soft and smooth. The moisturizer does not have a scent, which is important because my husband has allergies. The product is not at all greasy. I am grateful for the online “Live Chat” customer service rep who recommended this product."

"I was looking for a reasonably priced moisturizer that actually worked. I love the ginger and grapefruit souffle's - and the mega mushroom cream but was looking for something without a scent and a bit less costly than the mega mushroom. I tried this and am very happy. It is a rich - like butter - souffle cream that hydrates well and your (my) skin feels soft and smooth all day. No need to reapply more than once a day. It is non greasy and absorbs almost instantly. I also love that it "eliminates" that crepe-like skin texture on my arms. I will buy this again!"

"I used to LOVE this product, but they have changed it. (It's been a little while now that it has changed but I've just gotten around to writing.# I recently finished my last tub of this, and it is different than the product I have gotten for years. It was not as creamy, seemed more gel-like or somehow more water-full #though not water-y) than previous. It's not bad, it's just not nearly the same quality as previous. I use the precipitation lotion primarily and used the Extra for a special treat or during colder weather, but I won't bother anymore. Seems to me they've scrimped on the moisturizing ingredients to cut their production costs, but we still pay the premium price. Will just stick with the lotion."

"I recently returned to Alaska and my skin has taken a beating and was dry, ashy, cracking, you name it. Thought I'd give this a try after reading the reviews and am so glad I did! Within one (1) day my skin was looking and feeling better! I even did a test - moisterized one leg with Precipitation the other was a store bought brand - and could see and feel the difference! A little goes a long way so I think this was well worth the price. Thank you Origins!"

"It is very rich and has a fresh not sweet scent. It absorbs very easily and is an absolute must have for very dry skin.
I must say that I prefer the precipitation with the pump, but this one is thicker and probably better for those with very dry skin. I just think the other one is easier and faster to use, since I don't have much time in the morning for my daily routine. My husband likes it too and it doesn't have a girly scent."

"This lotion is by far the best I've ever used in my life! I have very dry skin and from the first time I used this lotion it's gotten better with each passing day. I wish it was sold in a 5 gallon tub so I could buy a few and just bathe in the stuff!"

"Winter is coming, and my skin isn't exactly succumbing to any of the drugstore products. Well, it is, but only the ones that leaves my skin feeling completely greasy and oily for hours afterward! But PRECIPITATION to the rescue!! It has no smell really, for those who are allergic to fragrances, and it literally made my skin feel like silk! No greasy residue either. How is this possible? I will definitely continue using this product through the winter months to come. Thank you ORIGINS!"

"I do like this product, because it does help with dry skin. I travel quite a bit, back and forth to a sunny tropical environment, then back home where the climate is much dryer. I bought this product in the tub, because you get more of it than in a small travel sized tube. When I travel, I am gone for more than a month, and the travel sized tubes are too expensive, and the tub has more product for the money. The problem is, the tub is not designed to withstand being packed in a suitcase, and travel on an airplane. My tub burst. There is an inner and outer layer to the tub, and both are flimsy. There is a significant hollow area in between. Trouble is, this is the second time it has happened to me!"

"I have dry skin, and I've tried every moisturizer from the ones my doctor recommended to ones from fancy stores. This product is fantastic. It's the first moisturizer that I have finished the entire jar, because it works. It absorbs quickly, makes an noticeable difference, and it doesn't smell. (My skin reacts to flowery perfumes.) I hope you have the same positive experience as I have had."

"Precipitation Xtra is hands down the BEST cream I've ever used for my knit-picky, super-sensitive skin!! and I've tried a guzzillion different ones and none even come close to how well this works for me. The texture isn't too thick and goes on smooth and not greasy at all, just pure softness, melts right into your skin...I love it! No overpowering smell either, just fresh and clean. I was a little hesitant to buy because of the price but it is well worth it and then some because it really lasts. I bought my tub over a month ago and I feel like I've barely put a dent in it! This is by far my HG body cream!! I absolutely love my skin now :D"

"I used this product twice a day: before bed at night, and before heading out in the morning. It has helped my eczema clear up. I don't use my prescription cream anymore--and this is one of my worst times of the year. I used to avoid shaking hands with people, but not anymore. My hands look better than they have in a year. If this cream can take care of my hands, it can fix anyone's!"

"I have very dry skin, especially in winter. I've tried many body butters and creams, but nothing compares to Precipitation Extra. It absorbs beautifully into my skin without feeling greasy, and its light fresh scent doesn't compete with my perfume. It provides the perfect amount of moisture all through the day and night.
