"I have used this product since college and started getting stress migraine headaches. Every time I felt my peripheral vision fading, I would grab Peace of Mind, rub it behind my ears, into my temples and on the back of my neck. Within 1/2 hour, the headache would be gone and it wouldn't get far enough to cause any pain. Now that I teach piano lessons to teenagers, I recommend it to a lot of my students that have headaches from school, hormone fluctuations and stress. They all love it and it's a better alternative to medications. One student was on Imitrex and has been able to go a few weeks without a headache as long as she keeps this product within reach and can rub it on and take a small "time-out" from life. I will always be a loving fan of Peace of Mind."

"A little bit goes a long way with this product, but I find the scent pleasant (and I am sensitive at times). I dab a little bit behind my ears whenever I am in tense situations (like traffic, or teaching on a rough day). I find my nerves calm within minutes and I am ready to tackle tougher obstacles. This product is a life saver!"

"This is a great smelling product but be sure to use only a small pin dot. I put it on the back of my neck, because it is less intense there, and I like the spa feeling it gives. Tip: If you put it on your temples just use a very small dot. May cause your eyes to water."

"I have suffered from migraines for as long as I can remember. One of the most effective ways to relieve the tension that perpetuates the cycle of pain is aromatherapy. This helps me relax and even sleep better to get on the road to recovery. A friend bought me this product for Christmas and it NEVER leaves my side. I carry it in the bag that contains my other essential medications. (I have a seizure disorder and other neurological issues that require them, and this is part of my migraine problem.) It's that great, it's like a medication. I have already recommended this to several of my friends."

"This is my go to product for several reasons. I currently have extremely ill family members and that hospital smell is so unpleasant so before entering I put this under my nose and on my temples and it really helps to calm me and I am not overwhelmed with the hospital smell.
I also was sitting in a very hot car today and decided to try putting Peace of Mind on the back of my neck, wow, great cooling effect. Container seems tiny but I am amazed at how far this product goes. Aromatherapy at it;s best."

"I was pleasantly surprised at the scent of this product as it instantly soothes your body and you breathe a little deeper and start relaxing. I use it on nights when I have a headache or have insomnia and cannot fall asleep easily and it helps calm me down. I like the scent and it could be a great lotion or perfume base."
