"Amazing, wish it came in a much larger size. Knocks all other products off the shelf.
Leaves hair natural, shiny, no product build up. The ginger aroma wonderful, leave the coconuts forever, love to eat them, dislike to wear them on my hair. Ginger on the otherhand is good on the inside and amazing on the outside. Try it you will not be disappointed.
My Grand-daughters tangled hair a thing of the past. No other product did this, although they promised it would.
It makes you feel good about yourself, when your hair looks and feels fabulous!

"I am also a huge fan of the ginger scent and bought this shampoo for the first time. I love it! I have normal hair. I didn't need to use a lot, it lathers nicely, and I think the scent lasts just fine. A great sensory experience. I don't understand what everyone else is complaining about. "I love most of the Origins products I purchase but was really disappointed with this shampoo. The lather was poor compared to other shampoos, and I feel like I had to use a lot of the product. More importantly, it leaves my hair feeling dry and dull, and I notice that my scalp feels oily and dirty within a few hours of washing. The scent is nice but does not linger once you're out of the shower.
I've purchased much better shampoos for well under half the price of this one, and plan to keep doing so unless Origins makes some major changes to their haircare line."

"I bought this shampoo because I absolutely LOVE the ginger scent. I am disappointed the smell does not last once my hair is dry. The shampoo itself is very nice, my hair is squeaky clean without residue. I will probably buy again, just wish the aromatic scent lasted longer."

"Ginger Up is my go to shampoo for those early mornings when I need to be alert and start the day right. The aroma is so invigorating and totally wakes up all the senses. I love how my hair smells so nice and has some volume to it after I use this shampoo. "I had my first bottle of Ginger Up as part of those Christmas package and I bought it mainly for its refreshing ginger smell. For most hair products, I get really bad knots after wash, but with Ginger Up shampoo, there is no knots at all! And my hair does not get all oily and heavy even at the end of the day, even in humid and hot weather (I was using it when I was in Singapore for a month), so it is great to use in tropical weather."

Love it but makes my hair knotty

"I love this shampoo and conditioner. The only complaint is that, after I apply this shampoo and also the conditioner my hair becomes knotty.

It takes a while to remove all those knots. I have a very silky hair and usually dont get knots.
But only after using this shampoo I get them.

But I love the smell, and my hair becomes silky after I remove the knots."

"I was a prior fan of "ginger" essence products...so no great leap to try the shampoo. The fragrance is delightful, immediately surrounding you with ginger-lime-spice. I regret this envigorating aroma does not seem to be long lasting. I find the flip cap unusually resistant to my thumb efforts (I am over 50 so perhaps that is a factor?). Once I am wet in the shower, I usually resort to my teeth to help pop the top. Overall...a ginger-spice awakening to the morning!"
